Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

Summary: The Cottage was perfect for a single person, such as myself, or a couple. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was so comfortable. There was even a washer and dryer. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I will be booking this Cottage the next time I come to Capitola.

Summary: The house is clean and well kept. It had everything I needed for a weekend stay. The house itself is close to so much. Stop and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, then head to the beach. It was perfect. I plan to come again soon! The other thing I loved was the communication. I appreciated being notified of the events happening that weekend.

Summary: We stayed at this adorable cottage for two nights. It's close to great walks and the beach. I love that owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella. It made enjoying the beach very easy and accessible. We were walking distance from many shops and restaurants. We even ran into an old friend of my husbands at the San Bar. His band was performing Monday night when we visited. An overall joy of a trip!
