Positive: We had to pinch ourselves everytime we looked out over the lake- the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food served was among the best we have had in Thailand, and the room was immaculate and homely. The staff who took the guided tours were very friendly and knowledgeable, we were lucky enough to spot some spectacled langurs during a trek in the forest. Would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

Positive: Our stay at panvaree the greenery was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand! We loved everything about our stay. It’s absolutely amazing that this hotels provides you with lodging, activities and 3 meals a day. The food is absolutely incredible. To top it off, the people working here are probably the most lovely staff we’ve encountered during our holiday in Thailand, which says a lot since the service has been absolutely incredible everywhere. We were sad to leave, even after 3 nights. I would recommend staying here for at least 2 nights personally.

Negative: Nothing. I thought the swaying on the water might be a problem for me, since I get motion sickness on water sometimes, but I had no problem sleeping here.

Positive: The Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. The views of the lake were amazing! The boat tours were also very enjoyable.

Negative: For me, I would’ve preferred more privacy. The closest of all the bungalows you could see in everybody’s windows and since most people were there for the water sports, they were swimming and kayaking right in front of my deck. This is not a bad reflection on the resort, it’s just a personal preference for me.

Summary: A great place for family fun with spectacular views.

Positive: Wow, an amazing piece of paradise. We loved everything, it was rustic, like floating log cabins but it had everything you needed. There are certain times of the day that are without the aircon ie electricity but you are outdoors anyway during these times, on trips ( we actually saw wild elephants) or diving into jade coloured waters right from your room. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was a set menu ( but they did ask about dietary restrictions and allergies, so i think they can cater)

Positive: The location is second to none. Khao Sok is incredibly and Panvaree the greenery provided a phenomenal way to explore it. We loved the activities and were even fortunate enough to watch an elephant swim right behind the resort. The food was also exceptional

Negative: My partner had a hard time sleeping. His side of the bed was in fact least comfortable (we could feel the springs on his side). Maybe time to update beds.

Positive: Our room was comfortable and what a view! Great excursions and a lot of fun! Loved waking up and paddle boarding right from the room. I just wish they had two paddleboards so that my husband and I could have experienced it together.

Negative: The breakfast was great and the Singapore Slings but I thought the rest of the food was just okay, not bad but okay.

Positive: Amazing location. Food good and varied. Catered for our vegetarian daughter well too. Stayed two nights do it included late afternoon and early morning boat trips plus jungle hike to a lake on second day. Took kayaks out and explored the lake and plenty of space for a swim too.
