Positive: The view, the silence, the beautiful room were amazing. This resort has the best stuff, the kindest people.

Negative: The restaurant food was a little greasy. But had good options.

Summary: Definitely the top stop on our whole trip. Must visit for all.

Negative: was unsure about what we paid extra for with the food package also small things like helping with the bags when we left the longtail boat would go along way we are not luxury travlers by anymeans and this is the first negative review i have left on anything but getting off the boat and being made to sit down straight away for dinner feels very rushed also it is not clear what you do get for the extra money as the table sat next to us was eating from what looked like a completely diffrent menu to then find out the bags dont get took to the room just left on the deck was underwhelming once we had already reached the room we had to walk back for them its little things like this what let the resort down with the price per night also wait times for drinks could of been alot better as we tried ordering drinks to take with us on the boat safari no one was at the bar so we had to leave without a drink and when we returned there was a 30/40 min wait just to get a drink also the bar shuts at 9pm we understand the staff worked long hours and everyone was very nice it must be understaffed overall we are very happy we stayed here it was a once in a lifetime experience but i would recommend to others to look at cheaper options on the same lake or for

Negative: During summer the rooms can get a bit too hot even with air-con. We payed 20k baht a night, I think value for money is not there yet. But yes location is amazing. Can increase value with more luxury amenities and breakfast options.
