Positive: Such a beautiful location. Very clean and tranquil.

Negative: As a solo traveler it was a little boring, Once I did the long tail boat experience there was nothing much to do. The limit on wifi made it awkward. The longtail boat experiences all felt the same. There was little to no wildlife on the wildlife safari. I have seen more wildlife in other locations randomly.

Summary: Perfect for couples. I would have loved a couple of days here on my honeymoon.

Positive: Location obviously and very warm staff at the location.

Negative: The way you receive copy paste long messages on Booking chat, starting with “GUEST OBLIGATIONS” is not a very warm way to anticipate a guest in a accommodation if this level. Also, in this unique location there should be an price WITH national park fee and the boatride included; since this is the only way to reach this place?!

Positive: The view is hard to beat. Having a kayak at your door to explore this magnificent body of water and its jungle-lined shore where wildlife thrives is exceptional. The service here is fantastic and very friendly, love the staff. The food and drinks are "Aroy”, very delicious, try the 500 Rai Mango Madness smoothie, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative: The rooms get very warm during the daytime. The private toilet and shower rooms are not soundproof, they are open air design and everything you do can be heard by anyone passing by. No in-room refrigerator.

Summary: My wife and I love this place it’s our second time in 11 months and we will visit again.
