Positive: This location is breathtakingly beautiful. We had an amazing day swimming and kayaking on the lake with free rein and also the free boat trip was great and we saw some monkeys up close. Our guide Benny was really friendly and made sure we got photos on the boat. The food was also amazing !

Negative: No evening entertainment or music in the bar area so we were a little bored on the night time and the wifi connection was poor (which is to be expected with the location ). There were a lot of cockroaches in our bathroom and we even found one in our bed but also cannot 100% be helped due to location

Negative: For the money you paid I expected a better service from the staff. We stayed in much cheaper accommodations and were treated much better.

Negative: The staff isn’t friendly. You don’t get to choose your own meal.

Positive: Paradise on earth! We booked a small room with a view on the mountains. However, the staff changed our room to a private bungalow with a view on the lake without any additional costs! We can only recommend this magical place!
