For weekly and monthly rentals a cleaning fee will be applied. Guests have use of inground pool in summer. Hot tub is not available.

Summary: Once again Susan’s place did not disappoint. I previously stayed in her home, renting one of her bedrooms while I waited for the apartment to come available. To say I love this apartment is an understatement! I REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!!!! To have my own space was a plus, it is fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. Sue truly is a wonderful hostess and accommodating. The location was perfect for me to get to/from the hospital I worked at. The apartment is comfortable, clean, lovely atmosphere and just simply my home away from home. I know that if I needed anything, Sue was available. I will definitely be staying here in the future. Sue deserves a hundred star rating. She has made my travel assignment to Massachusetts a wonderful and positive experience!

Summary: The property was clean and comfortable. It is a perfect little apartment with everything you need. The kitchen was completely equipped and there is even in apartment laundry. This would be a great place to stay for a short business trip allowing a person to be completely self reliant. I would stay again.

Summary: Susan's place was lovely and welcoming. It was prettier than the pictures which was such a surprise. It had all the amenities I needed for one night stay. I can imagine spending a week there. The neighborhood felt safe. Susan was very gracious to accomodate a last minute request to stay overnight. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!!!! 💖
