Summary: My parents stayed here for approx 1 month. The tenant was very nice. She responded to every requested which included having a larger bed brought in for the month. The communication was excellent. She allowed my children to use her pool which was utilized almost everyday my parents were there. The price was great and location worked out well. I would have you be aware that the place is small, has everything, but small. There are only 2 chairs for the table and a large love seat for the couch. So, when I would visit (by myself) the place seemed very tight. We couldn't all (3 of us) sit on something comfortable. The place is ideal for one person...pretty tight for two. If it was a bit bigger, more furniture (only 2 chairs/small couch), yard groomed better/maintained.... it would of received 5 stars.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for our 2nd long weekend to be able to visit with our grandchildren. This is a clean and cozy "home away from home" that has everything you need. It is just enough space to visit with the grandchildren, but also cozy and relaxing for us at the end of the day. It is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the turnpike and to the shops and restaurants.
