Summary: No problems from check in to Check. The only thing was when I made the reservation a month earlier. I asked if the pool was heated and the representative said yes and told me the hours of operation. When got there on Wednesday the night time at the pool the Air was warm andthe water felt like a sauna. However Thursday when I actually got in the pool the air in the room and pool Temp was cold. So I called the front Desk and asked why it wasn't heated and the pool water was cold. The female attendant said you know what room temperature means? That's what water will be and it is not heated.Needless to Say we went in on Friday before we check out The air in the room was warm and the pool was still cool but better than the previous 2 days. So be careful and make sure your more specific when asking about a Heater Pool.

Summary: all was good. good breakfast items and i thought they were good. only thing was in the one room there was only one wash cloth. i mentioned it to the gal at the desk and she was going to tell housekeeping. with two double beds at least there should be two wash clothes in the bathroom.

Summary: The hotel was kept very clean. I found the staff very amicable & friendly service. Breakfast was sparse & waffle machine was not refilled for my entire stay. Other than that a pleasant environment & nice rooms.
