Summary: This facility was sub-par for hotels of this character. The room was lacking in several respects: no ice bucket or cups in the room, the phone for calling the front desk was not working, and the seat on the john was not secure, so there was a tendency to slide from one side to the other when sitting down. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location close to major highways. I would look for another place to stay the next time I'm in the area.

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the pool, after a day of traveling it was so nice to relax. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options. There was something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The hotel lobby was bright and looked like a typical Hampton Inn, but the hallways seemed dark. The lighting was bad and the room itself had poor lighting. Just seemed as though it needed an update. A room also had a dank smell to it. Almost smelled like smoke although the room was listed as non-smoking. The person working at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, and brought us air freshener directly to our room as the hotel was booked and there wasn’t any other room for us to go to. The bathroom was also excessively large and there were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. The room was clean, but it didn’t feel particularly warm and welcoming.

Summary: I don’t usually leave reviews but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The A/C in my room was not working and it was 85 degrees outside so A/C is a must. The room was stuffy and hot. After the first night of not sleeping in a hot room I told the front desk and she would not change my room. She said they were sold out and she would have someone come fix the A/C. It was not fixed and I know there were rooms available when online I could book a double bed room for that night. I would definitely avoid this hotel between the musty hot room experience and the front desk staff.

Summary: Only stayed one night. Room was clean and hotel staff was helpful and nice. Pool was also clean and well organized. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room in the future

Summary: This was a wonderful place for my son and I to stay at. The breakfast was delicious and many choices. My son is autistic and the staff was wonderful. The fish tank was amazing.
