I have two cats, which spend their days outside and sleep in my room at night. For weekly and monthly rentals there will be a cleaning fee applied of $50.

Summary: Hostess was very accommodating to my "special needs". Safe quiet neighborhood, driveway parking. Convenient to shopping. 12 minutes to Eastern states expo center. Also just reviewed review and it came up 4 1/2 stars? I rated 5.

Summary: We felt at home the moment we met Susan, the home owner. She made things so nice and comfortable during our stay. She makes a mean banana nut bread too! The room was perfect for my friend and I. The in-ground pool was also made available to use anytime we wished. Thank you Susan!
