Summary: We did not have any hot water, drip in bath tub and fridge kept us up all night, room smelled of stron cleaning solution, towels displayed had stains, water leaked under sink, filled coffee brewer to "Max" line mark, and when I brewed coffee, it overflowed - either cup provided is not big enought or MAX line is too much - I prepaid for two nights but left after one night as we were not going to spend another night in that room. Would like to be compensated for the 2nd night

Summary: The room was simple Enough had stuff like microwave and mini fridge. One of the first things noticed was the shower head and faucet where leaking constantly. and the second was mold on the ceiling above the dressers. Didn't bother to take photos as we where not in the room for anything but sleep. The cable tv was not working properly cutting in and out. 3 out of five for the stay.

Summary: Staff was rude and hostile towards everyone. Food service was terrible and never served hot. The hallways smelled of dirty laundry and stale cigarettes. Housekeeping was very loud and rude.

Summary: Older man checking us in was very rude, not friendly and it seemed like we were bothering him by checking in, not a good first impression of the place. Sheets had some stains on them. Toilet had been used in the room and not flushed. Cleaning staff and morning breakfast lady were pleasant. Was not worth the $200+ a night it cost. ( entire area lodging seemed to be really high this trip, time of year maybe idk?)

Summary: Our room could have used a good cleaning. When we got to our room I noticed that the trash wasn’t taken out from the people before us. I brought it to the guy at the front desks attention and he took care of it immediately. Also, the first night we stayed there the water in the shower was backing up. I brought it to the managers attention the next morning and it was taken care of immediately by him personally. It’s not a bad place but it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I wouldn’t recommend but the manager is trying.
