Positive: A lovely place to stay. staff all very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spotless and so was the bathroom. The food and service was also excellent.

Positive: The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were of a high standard. We chose to eat two evening meals at the Inn and these were equally delicious. It was a real treat to stay at Longfrie Inn.
Negative: On arrival the bath wasn't clean. We believe this was an oversight and it was cleaned on the second day.
Summary: Lovely location and a relaxing, high quality place to stay.

Positive: The room and facilities were better than I had expected. Very good and spotlessly clean. There was lots of care and attention paid to guests and it was apparent. Everything that I could have needed was I. The room and it was spotless and comfortable. The location was excellent for my needs and I was happy to see that the food in the restaurant for an evening meal matched the excellent service already received. Quality of ingredients for breakfast was excellent and there was lots of choice.
Negative: Staff on whole were friendly. I must say that when I checked in the welcome that I received was amazing. Unfortunately some staff seemed a little standoffish and it was apparent in breakfast service. This would not put me off off from visiting again.
