Positive: Close to beach (a few minutes walk). Supermarket close by. Parking on site. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Well positioned for exploring Guernsey. Bus stop at entrance if you have no car.
Negative: No air conditioning . A small fan was provided (though did not cope because the temperatures/heat were exceptional).

Positive: soft furnishings were good. great space and the large front balcony was very good.
Negative: Could have been cleaner - it really needs a deep clean, both inside and outside. Bedding was ok (my sheet was torn), better quality sheets would have been a great improvement. Lots of items need a bit of tightening / adjustment (e.g. toilet roll holders / seats / sinks)...
Summary: Very relaxing accommodation. If a good clean and a bit of refurb would be very good indeed.

Positive: Location opposite the beach, bus stop for 91 and 92 (touring the island in both directions) immediately outside was handy. Ten minute walk to Vazon and the vista cafe was lovely.

Positive: The location of the property beside a lovely sandy beach was excellent. It was also on a bus route which was very convenient. There was a cafe and shop near by. The grounds were well kept and beautifully landscaped. The property offered everything we requires for self catering.
Summary: We had a marvellous stay and would certainly recommend Waves for couples or families.

Positive: Lovely accommodation in beautiful location. Really comfortable and spacious. Balcony for each bedroom which was very luxurious. Great location to explore Guernsey - great museums, loved the Tiny church and Shell Shrine. One of best parkruns I have done as well. We walked the south coast from the lighthouse to St Peter Port which is worth doing; stunning coast line. Definitely would recommend.
