Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Hotel has a convenient location to food and shopping but the beds were a little uncomfortable and my wife and I both had a hard time sleeping. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced, if a little cramped.

Summary: The hotel is walkable to restaurants, shops, Christmas Markets, the Underground and the train system. The front desk staff were all very helpful with our questions about the different transportation lines. Our room was always too hot for us, even though it was December, but that was due to German energy regulations, not the fault of the hotel. The windows open so we just kept it open. Breakfast was good, but the same each day.

Summary: Clean room and awesome staff. The rooms are small and basic. Breakfast was pretty good. Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was helpful. Garage was a tight fit but a great addition.
