Summary: Dont care for this hotels breakfast but decent overall

Summary: The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfy and the room was great but service was horrible. Had to wait everytime u went to desk because no one was there. The breakfast area was always out of coffee and they were not friendly when u asked about it. Got to breakfast right before it was suppose the shut down and even though it was still out they said we’re taking it up.

Summary: The staff in all of your hotels that we have stayed in need training in how to be proactive and maintain a consistent positive disposition. They wait and don’t seem to want to step out and help. We prefer Courtyards because they have a bar and food although they are not nearly as good a shape as Hiltons. Also, their staff is more interactive and helpful.

Summary: My stay was really nice and comfortable but the first day I checked in the room wasn't ready and when I checked out the cart to carry my clothes wasn't available because the guests had them in their room and the breakfast was good I would definitely stay at this hotel again plus they get a bonus because Publix grocery store is literally right next door

Summary: Fairly new hotel location near Troy University, Publix and more which is excellent so I don’t need to drive too far. The staff are friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

Summary: Our stay was fine. Room wasn’t available until right at 3pm. Purchased a 4.00 bottle of water at front desk and then I was told after purchase that complimentary water was available. Should have offered that before purchase.

Summary: Seemed brand new, cleaning could’ve been better and sheets were super wrinkled so weirdly felt like they were dirty but prob just washed in facility and not folded properly. Felt cold… even kid said it needed some artwork on the big barren room walls but good for minimalism?
