Summary: PARKING WAS FINE. CHECK IN WAS EASY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. WE WERE PROMPTLY GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, NOT UP TO PAR FOR CLEANLINESS. THE SHEETS WERE ROUGH, AND THE TOWELS HAD AN ODOR. THE STAFF WERE GREAT!

Summary: Room appeared clean on arrival but we found a pill belonging to previous occupant or staff in floor in living area. Also was unable to get an extra towel on arrival. Received and confirmed notice that checkout was 1pm but when we.tried to return just after 11 to get our belongings the keys wouldn't work. Took 2 attempts to get keys to work then had to be let in by housekeeper key. Also had no housekeeping service during entire stay.

Summary: Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our second stay in a month's time, and we came back because our first experience was so good. The desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly and helpful. We were very happy she was working during our 2nd stay. She recommended good restaurants and made sure we felt welcome. Thank you!
