Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Negative: I did not like the mildew smell in my room, the broken coffee pot, and the air wasn't running correctly. The Customer Service Representative did try to rectify the issue with the coffee pot, but the other coffee pot was also missing a piece.

Positive: The staff is number one:: they always respond immediately. They also cooperate, and work with you. When the water was off overnight on 6/30/24, they gave me options to select what was best for me. I liked that as opposed to telling me what I had to do. Going to Ozark was good for some, but not for me.

Negative: Nothing really: I wanted two queen beds as I had two years ago when I visited, but the online locked me in. No big deal.

Summary: I was happy with it all. It all worked for me. BW is my soul hotel.
