Positive: The property is located in a peaceful, quiet area by the lake, off the main road. After a day of touring, guests can unwind in the property's modest pool with hammocks and banana chairs with umbrellas. The staff is eager to assist with tour or transportation arrangements and is highly attentive. They have a little restaurant on the premises where they prepare their own food. We had curries for dinner and delectable soups for lunch. They were pleased to make accommodations for our dietary restrictions.

Negative: Couldn’t access food or drinks except at dinner time.

Positive: I had a great time here. The personnel was outstanding, the property was lovely and serene, and nothing was too much difficulty. Due to my wife's illness, we were taken to the doctor and then the pharmacy to obtain a prescription. We didn't give a damn about the room's simplicity. Fantastic people, fantastic location

Positive: The staff were lovely. The dinner was tasty. The location was very pretty and the pool was good to have.

Negative: Although the location is peaceful, it is completely isolated meaning you cannot leave or pop out. The gates get locked up for safety but this made us feel a bit trapped. We were the only ones staying during this time so felt isolated. The food was tasty but very expensive.

Positive: We asked for some extra towels and they gave us many to replace one that wasn’t too thick. This place was more affordable than many near Yala National Park. We liked having a refrigerator in our room.

Negative: There was difficulty with communicating since the person at the hotel didn’t speak or understand English completely. We did not care for the food served there and it was overpriced. The road to the accommodation is very bumpy and not paved so it’s hard on vehicles.

Positive: Athula the manager and his team made our stay so memorable - the food was delicious, rooms tidy/ clean and they made booking the safari easy.

Negative: The set menu options make things convenient and the food was delicious, however the price is very expensive. The rooms are clean and tidy however it does have some understandable wear and tear.
