Summary: Our family has been coming to SGI for many years and have stayed in quite a few rentals. Never have I ever stayed in one so well stocked. The owners have thought of literally everything. I brought a lot of my own spices because we like to cook fresh seafood. To my excitement, there was a spice cabinet already stocked! Liza was extremely easy to work with and the communication was great. We enjoyed relaxing, fishing and enjoying the views on the bay. We had one very windy day because of hurricane Milton moving through in south Florida, but the rest of the week was beautiful. We can’t wait until our next visit to the area and would definitely rent again.

Summary: This is our 2nd stay. We were kept well informed by the owner about the status of the property after the hurricane. So thankful damage was minimal and we were able to enjoy a perfect week on the island. As always, the house is everything we could want, so well stocked and comfortable. The layout and details are perfect and the owner has thought of our every need.

Summary: This property has so much to offer: quiet location, stunning bay view with fishing and crabbing, and a short golf cart ride to the public beach access. This home was so lovely and comfortable for our family to stay in. Liz is so inviting and accessible. Will book again!

Summary: Not often do we have the pleasure of enjoying something which exceeds promises and expectations, but the Legacy Retreat is an exception. We decided to stop by for a long weekend on our way to Orlando to complete the week in the parks with the kids, and ended up wishing we spent the entire week at Legacy. Check-in was extremely easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The views are breathtaking, the island has the best relaxed atmosphere, beach access is very easy, and everything is just…nice and easy. My blood pressure dropped around 20 points during our 3 days here. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated our time here away from the rushed chaos of the world and look to return in the future.
