Summary: This is a great house with a great location next to the walkway to the beach. The house was nice with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking in if you like to do that. I would rent it again

Summary: House was clean and spotless upon arrival. Plenty of space and everything we needed for 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. It felt like home and I sure wish it was mine! Super short walk over the walkway to beach. No more than a minute or two and you can see the ocean from the house. We will be back!

Summary: The access to the beach is immediately out front - making it super easy. The pool is nicely shaded and a great alternative to the sand/surf on hot days.

Summary: We (4 adults, 6 kids, 1 dog) had a really nice vacation at St George Island. The house met our needs, was clean, and spacious. Loved: The location- super easy beach access, very private feeling. Spacious- plenty of room for 10 + a dog. Place for everyone to eat and hang out in the living room. While the house says it can accommodate 14, i think 12 would be the max i would put in this space. Could be better: The main fridge still has a broken shelf (i saw it was mentioned a year ago in a review). Its annoying b/c you essentially lose a shelf and you have to juggle things around. The upstairs bedroom does not have appropriate duct work and it does not get a/c as a result. It is HOT if you do not leave the door to the living room open. The tiki area is neat, but a few big holes in the screen allow the mosquitos in. If you've ever stayed in the Plantation you know there are tons of mosquitos. The screens really need fixed in order to make this space usable. Overall the house was fine. I'm not sure I'd stay there again given the many other options, but we still had a very nice vacation and do not regret staying there.
