Summary: Overall the house was a great place for our family for our get together. Location to beach was excellent and the pool was great. It was a good beach house to stay in. Mainly just needs some TLC to revitalize some of the mattresses and interior. Garbage was supposed to come Tuesday and Friday - it only came on Tuesday so we had overflowing garbage cans when arriving until Tuesday and it was not picked up our last Friday there although we had it out and ready Thursday evening (sorry to those arriving after us). Communicating with the property manager was good.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay in the house. We had a large group and the house was perfect for us. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we need to have our family dinner each night. Every one enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and watching the waves come in. Some of our group went fishing on the bridge and also in the bay and for both we had easy access. We would will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Loved the layout, many places to gather our 17 ladies. But the 'cleaning' service is ripping you off. There was hair in the shower, moldy shower curtains, food and dirt visibly at edge of furniture in some rooms. Had to clean the food mess out of microwave to use. Took a coffee maker out of cabinet and it still had filter and used grounds from previous tenants. We were not given enough sheets, wash cloths and towels for everyone. Had to call for. When we went to wash what we had we found the dirty wash cloths and towels in the washing machine unwashed. A friend came by Sun night and when he walked into the kitchen on the lower right he said "you have a gas leak in here" and turned off the gas. The sofa sleepers were a joke. The girls compared them to army cots. But the most agregious was a non working shower in the HANDICAPPED bedroom and a non working elevator which we needed for our handicapped guest. Maintenance came out and worked on it for an hour but never got it to work. Said it had always been a pain but the owner did not want to put more money into the house. This house needs maintenance and cleaning. Would not stay here again

Summary: Sixteen family members stayed at All Hooked Up on St. George Island. The house provided plenty of room and amenities for all of us. We enjoyed the island, the beach, and the pool at the house. The kids and adults spent many hours on the beach and in the house playing games. After Labor Day is our typical time to vacation as crowds are smaller, and in this case nearly non-existent. The whole family concurs that this was a great vacation.

Summary: I have stayed at this property with my family and with our Ladies church group. We enjoy this property both trips. Maintenance always responds promptly and managers as well. Already planning to stay again.

Summary: We had 15 people staying from ages 1 to 88. The elevator was needed by some and enjoyed by others. The house had many separate areas which was perfect to meet the needs of those who had different sleeping schedules, places outside to hangout when it rained, an awesome setting at the highest point for sunset pictures, many places to play games and for kids to run around. The beach was easy for us all to go back and forth all day for long or short stays. We cooked many meals for 15 in the main kitchen and the other two kitchens were great for storage in the extra refrigerators and for cooking small meals. The pool and pool area was large enough for all to gather and enjoy. The furnishings and kitchen utensils are not fancy but adequate for a beach stay. The management is very prompt to fix any issues we had (like they came and cleaned the pool that had debris from a storm that occurred before we checked in, they were prompt to bring sheets when one set was missing). They also were very gracious to overnight a wallet that was accidentally left and not realized until we were hours away from the property. We also rented a golf cart from their recommendation and got a discount. Having a golf cart was really fun! It is hard to find a property to meet all the satisfies all the requirements we had with so many different personalities and physical needs for our big family. This property exceeded our expectations. Thanks Jerry!

Summary: This large home was perfect for our group size. Everyone had private space and the living areas were large enough to accomodate everyone. This older home could use some minor updating and maintenanc, but it was very comfortable and clean. Overall is was a great stay, we made good use of the large pool, screened patios, and grill. Nice views from upper decks. We will be staying again!
