Positive: Location and the wilderness rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Helpful and friendly staff.
Negative: Restaurant menu was quite limited. We spent a few lunches at nearby Peppers tavern restaurants that had the best pizzas and extensive tavern menu.

Positive: Very comfortable room with two beds for extra comfort. Food in the restaurant was excellent, generous portions and attentive to my GF requirements.
Negative: Breakfast food was fine. Hard to get GF toast, but I did receive it in the end after asking again. The do it yourself coffee machine was a big disappointment with terrible coffee. Our view of the garden embankment was pleasant but underwhelming. Not what I expected.
Summary: We had a very comfortable stay with great food, the convenience of dining and bar onsite.

Positive: The hotel was really nice overall. The staff were lovely. Had a good variety of food for breakfast. The room was nice & clean & the bed was very comfortable. We were glad that the laundry was free so we could wash clothes after doing some big walks :)
Negative: Basin in our room was cracked, the room had a damp smell ? like maybe the carpet had been wet, we couldn’t seem to get rid of it despite trying to air it out.

Positive: The room was very comfortable. Dinner was great. Breakfast is a buffet with continental or cooked breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in this area.
Negative: The scrambled egg at breakfast was passed by by everyone, such a waste!
