Positive: Ahhhhh the peace and tranquillity. Enjoying an evening drink around the camp-fire with the Caretaker and other guests all swapping stories, was a lovely way to relax.

Positive: Checkin instructions was easy to understand. The cabin had a very rustic vibe, I felt close to nature. Sooo many pademelons during night time. Thank you Jaime for being such a good host.

Negative: No wifi in the room it was only available at the BBQ area of the property.

Summary: Good place to stay for visiting Cradle Mountain. Jaime is the best caretaker.

Negative: I thought it was closer to Cradle Mtn Park, my mistake. 15-20km away so not convenient when driving late or early AM due to winding roads and wildlife.

Positive: The chalet was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Great location for visiting Cradle Mountain. Kettle, microwave and toaster provided.

Negative: Because of its remote location, it would have been useful to have a small hot plate and a few more kitchen facilities in order to cook a simple meal after a day in the mountain.
