Summary: Sonia was a great host, the place is centrally located making for short Uber rides along with great access to restaurants, groceries, and bars just a short walk away. Additionally, parking was super easy and lightly enforced.

Summary: My parents stayed here for almost 3 months while visiting San Francisco . The property is relatively basic & little old fashioned (typical of San Francisco) but very conveniently located & comfortable (according to my dad the bed was also very comfortable!). Sonia the property owner was very responsive & helpful when things needed replacement or weren’t working. Overall my parents had a great stay!

Summary: A couple friends and I stayed in Sonia’s apartment for 8 weeks during the summer while we were all working in the Financial District. It was a good size for us and in a great location! Super close to Fillmore street (about 15 min walk) which has a ton of places to eat and shop. Also located right next to a bus stop that was easy to take to work every day, and a few other bus stops to take you other places in the city. There’s a Target and Trader Joe’s within walking distance which made getting groceries and other necessities very easy. Also super close to Presidio (beautiful area) which made for lovely walks! I could go on and on, but the location made us fall in love with the city. Sonia is also SO helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this apartment. The location is good and there are shops within 10min walk. The apartment had all we needed as a home from home. We had no problems at all, and so did not need any contact with Sonia. If visiting in August I would say take a few jumpers or hoodies to wear in the evenings. Otherwise they is penalty to do in this beautiful city. Enjoy.

Summary: The property is in a great location with bus services around the whole city available. Walk to Union Square in around 40mins and Fillmore Street in 10mins. There are plenty of hip places to eat and drink on Fillmore. Parking is also manageable. We had a car for the week and didn't need to pay for parking once - you just have to be smart in where you park. Shopping for groceries easy with Target and Trader Joes just a few blocks away. The property itself provides all the basics. It is an old building and the effect is shabby chic - with perhaps a little more shabby than chic. It was moderately clean - not bad enough to complain but not immaculately presented. The broken drawers were replaced mid way through our stay and the leaky sink seen to promptly. Sleep quality not helps with the beds being very creaky and the the noise from the road is substantial with old sash windows not doing much for noise insulation and the blinds letting in a lot of light. For the price it was a good bet as things can get very expensive in SF - especially when looking for accommodation for a family of four. The owner was efficient and business like in dealing with enquiries and issues.

Summary: Sonia's apartment was spacious, clean, all necessary equipment supplied. Ideal location close to restaurants, shops, and regular bus service. Sonia was very helpful when contacted about a few issues. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: We (party of 4) stayed at Sonias house for a week and had a good time. The apartment was clean, well equipped and charming although it was an old house. The noisy street on daytime was still quiet at nighttime so that we could sleep well. Public transport was just around the corner. We would recommend the apartment. Thank you Sonia.

Summary: 5 of us ladies enjoyed staying at this older apartment that has been well kept. It was in a nice area, and we walked almost everywhere. When we didn't walk, the bus stops are just a block or so away. Sonia is great to work with...always responds quickly if you have any questions. All the rooms are very usable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. I live in the country where it's really quiet, so it took me a night to get use to the street noise, but that is the only problem I had (using a fan with it's noise helped a lot). A couple of restaurants we liked were Pizzeria Delfina for dinner (where we got hooked on Affogato) and we liked Sweet Maple for breakfast, both just a short walk away. Fillmore street is a fun place to walk around. Speaking of Affogato...if you like coffee...go to the Blue Bottle (we went to the one in the Ferry Building) and try an Affogato...oh my gosh...soooo good!!! Actually brought tears to one of my friends eyes...lol.

Summary: I stayed in this apartment for 5 months while I worked at UCSF and the place was perfect! It was a great location, everything was walking distance or a short cab ride. Sonia was also very accommodating as well if we needed anything at all! It was an amazing place and would recommend it to anyone!
