Positive: The room itself, the location, the atmosphere, literally everything about this hotel was beautiful and amazing. Far exceeded my expectations, everything was gorgeous Bathtub was spacious, bed was super comfortable, everything provided was stunning. Staff were super helpful and kind. 12/10 will recommend everytime.

Negative: Parking was a little tight, BUT the fact it was gated and private (given the nature of the city) was fantastic and gave us peace of mind which greatly outweighed the snug parking. Don't let this turn you away from this place, it was so worth it.

Positive: The property was fantastic, gorgeous common areas and rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent bath tub (bathroom in general), and extremely kind and attentive staff. Parking was easy (expensive, but it's downtown SF -- I was happy to have a secure spot). Great value for the price, I would have expected to pay 50-100% more for a hotel like this downtown. Not much on the block, but it's a good central location nonetheless -- you're a short walk from Japan Town or Filmore, a mid-length walk from Chinatown / north beach or the museums, and a quick bus or cab from the park, Haight, the Mission, etc. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
