Positive: A beautiful and spacious room at a great price! It comes with a private bathroom and access to a shared balcony with a mesmerizing mountain view. The room includes a ceiling fan, refrigerator, wardrobe, vanity mirror, and coffee table. There’s no AC, but the breeze was perfect so it didn't bother me at all. The host, Rohan, is an incredibly humble and helpful person. He served delicious Western and Sri Lankan breakfasts (the Sri Lankan one was my favorite!), and he welcomed me with a cup of tea every single morning ❤️. He even made tea in the evenings most days! I absolutely loved my stay here. Plus, shops and laundry services are just a short walk away.

Negative: If you book a ride via PickMe, direct the driver to take the road in front of the UDF fish market to avoid any confusion finding the property.

Positive: The room was very nice, bright and spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful, he even took us to the supermarket to buy some tea (not to a tourist shop!).

Negative: The room was clean but the toilet was less so.

Positive: One of the nicest places that I've stayed in Sri Lanka. Large, clean and bright rooms. Beautiful terrace and amazing view. Rooms come with a fridge and basic utensils. Rohan, the owner, is extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Positive: House is only about 15min by bus from the city center, place is calm and there is a lot of birds around. The owner helped us when my fiance was sick, great hospitality :) Breakfast is good with beautiful view on the river below house. During our 3 weeks trip in Sri Lanka that was the only one room with fridge and iron inside!
