Summary: Very quiet, very friendly neighborhood. The house was more than accommodating to all our needs. Will definitely be visiting again.

Summary: We had 7 adults and 1 toddler for a week stay. I wouldn’t suggest that many people with the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is barely equipped with the necessities and its very mismatched utensils. There were multiple lightbulbs out in the house and the fridge, I requested new ones and maintenance did replace them the next day. The screened porch was the highlight of the house. It was very quiet in the neighborhood but it is very far back. The beds and pillows were very firm. The pillow cases lacked double cases too. Several throw pillows and comforters were ripped, also requiring a report to maintenance. The grill would have been a better feature if it had gas. If you’re shorter than 6’ bring a stool to get things out of the washer. We resorted to using the grill tongs to get things out as they are on a platform made for front loaders not top loaders.

Summary: This property was great for a family vacation. There was a good amount of things to do for the kids and enough rooms and space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location is great and even comes with a parking pass for South Bethany to make beach trips a lot easier. Even without the parking, its about an 18 minute walk to thee beach if you choose to do that. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: The property has a good locatin and and is big enough for a party of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids/teens) . The house could benefit from little upgrades. Carpets in the stairs are old and pretty dirty. Kitchen cabinet needs to be refreshed with durable paint

Summary: Beautiful home! Loved the location it is about a good 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable home for our family vacation. Loved the outdoor shower and thank you for responding so quickly when we found it wasn’t working!

Summary: We loved the house and neighborhood location. It fit our family and our friends family very well. Plenty of space for the adults and kids. There was even a box of toys perfect for our crew. The included beach stuff made our trip easier. The only con was the distance to the beach. While it is pretty close it was definitely to far to make the walk with toddlers, young children and all the gear. So we would pack up and drive over. The drive is very very short and we always found parking. Overall the stay was excellent!

Summary: Our group had a great experience with this rental - solid/reasonably priced beach house with tons of space and neat amenities, close (walking distance ~1 mile) to what is IMO the best beach (South Bethany Beach) in the area, nice quiet neighborhood + kid friendly area, no real complaints. Would recommend, especially for families or those who want a tamer environment than North Bethany Dewey, Ocean City, etc.
