Summary: House was perfectly laid out for the 11 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill. The kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was very short (even thought we had to walk across Coastal 1). Convenient to Ocean City & Rehoboth and lots of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

Summary: There were 9 of us staying there - all family. The house had the perfect setup for the different couples etc. The elevator was a real plus in moving in luggage and boxes. The weather was just getting warm and we enjoyed walking and the seafood restaurants around Fenwick Island. We have come to the beach for many years and this time the entire family came. Great location and wonderful house.

Summary: Salt Meadows is the perfect location for a family getaway. The townhomes are spacious and have everything you need for multiple families. The property was in good condition. Could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, otherwise everything was great!

Summary: We had a great vacation in this house. It was located between the bay and the beach. The kids had a blast playing in the pool, going for walks out to the bay and of course their favorite was the beach . We had one issue and the owner of the unit was quick to respond and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Margo was wonderful to work with. We found the furniture and beds to be comfortable! The house could use a deep cleaning on baseboards, dust balls under beds, power washing decks, etc.
