Summary: We had a great time at Bear Trap Dunes! House was in a wonderful location! It was very clean and well-stocked, from cooking tools and eating utensils to laundry soap. Janet was awesome. She was proactive reaching out and very quick to answer questions. She explained the process for using the pool and tennis courts and even sent he QR code in advance. The house set up was great. We enjoyed the yard and the screened in/open porch as well as the new grill! There were even extra beach towels and chairs, toys, etc available for use. We definitely will be booking again! Thank you Janet!

Summary: Rented Janet’s House for our last family’s vacation that ended on Labor Day of 2022. Home was clean and was well stocked with everything one would need for a short family stay. Home was right across from pool which was great and there were shuttles to take you to and from Bethany beach which was only about a couple of miles. Home was very clean and well maintained.Communication was excellent and would definitely stay here again.
