Summary: The photos does not do the home any justice.The house is way nicer than the photos. The house was perfect for our group. The mattresses need updating. They were very uncomfortable.

Summary: We went on our memorial day weekend trip and found this home to stay. It is a huge and spacious home that accommodated 20 of us. Was super accessible to everything wanted - beached, food, grocery and restaurants. Our teens enjoyed the facilities- books, games, ping pong, pool table.Hosts were easily reachable and responded immediately. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Summary: The house was acceptable for a group of 16, 40-yr old men to hang out in between golf and have a place to shower and sleep. It's a typical rental that needs some maintenance and attention, but overall decent. I don't like that the owner relies on fine print and doesn't have the language corrected on the description and title of the listing. They don't have a hot tub all year round, but I requested that it be there because it was advertised as such. The description also said parking for 8, but there was not. I found out a few days prior that it was only parking for 7 vehicles. Didn't like the lack of street parking; someone is always parked in. House was ridiculously cold when we got there at 55 degrees on a 45 degree day. An upgrade to smart thermostats to bump heat or AC up before guests arrive would be a wise investment. Good selection of activities for kids/people on a rainy day stuck inside. House is huge and has ample sleeping spaces.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. There was so much room and so many different areas to gather and socialize. The owners were great to deal with. Would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We had a group of 10-12 people for 2 nights to celebrate her 30th birthday. The property and house was perfect for spending quality time with friends. It is located perfectly in the middle of the Delaware beaches making it easy to get to many different beaches shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and is very cost effective for large groups!

Summary: Overall an enjoyable experience. Game room was loved by kids. Outdoor seating was a hit. Hosts were responsive to requests. Would consider staying here again. Some improvement opportunities: -knife sharpener. Found almost all knives to be dull and difficult to use. -some beds are overly worn out. -Front steps felt like they may collapse.

Summary: Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the beach house, this is our second visit of 19. House is very spacious, adults had their own room and the kids room with the bunk beds is awesome. We played outdoor games in big backyard, didn’t lack for anything except scissors which made have been there as well. Highly recommend especially with big families, hope to come again.
