Negative: Not a huge deal but the upstairs bathroom tub was very very slow to drain.

Positive: Home layout, location, amount of space.

Negative: Mandatory charges for the ground facilities (pool, tennis court, beaches). My family and I did not use any of these. We went to the town's public beaches. I feel this charge should be an add on, if one wants to use them, instead of being mandatory whether used or not. This was an additional $180.
