Summary: House was clean and as described in listing. Super great location in the heart of SC but felt secluded in nice quiet area. Kitchen mostly well equipped but not large. Unable to use garages for extra vehicles but no problem parking three cars in driveway. Maybe bring a power strip if you have a lot of devices. Overall a great house!

Summary: The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nicely furnished. The little Sun room ended up being the sought after room to have some cozy quiet time to read. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed to have enjoyable meals. The dishwasher was a little wobbly and was not used during stay. All in all a 5 star. Would recommend it to friends.

Summary: We had the absolute best week at Sea Colony! The house, location and communication was perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and couldn't have asked for a better set up. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and and the best bonus was 2 washer and dryers. Scott was super helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. We can't wait to book again!
