Positive: Wonderful interiors, very nice, large and comfortable rooms and beds, good breakfast choice, restaurant quality was very good as well. Location is very comfortable and central, nearby good restaurants.

Negative: There was no working or available jacuzzi. It was one of the main reasons i booked this hotel, but they did not care to let us know ahead of time. Everything is definitely overpriced for no reason: massages are double the price of any other spa in the city, many of which well known and easy to find on trip advisor. The restaurant is also overpriced, with as good ones just next door.

Positive: Right on the river and close to the train and buses. Staff were friendly and helpful meeting us at the station to help with luggage.

Negative: Property needs to be refreshed. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated as they are looking old and worn.

Positive: Amazing location, right in the centre of aguas calientes. Lovely spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great. They even allowed us to take a takeaway breakfast to Machu Picchu at 5am. Highly recommend

Positive: The hotel is very clean. We had a very comfortable stay! We were greeted by friendly staff during the most comfortable check in process where we sat on a couch and the receptionist came to us to confirm our booking. We were then upgraded to a river view room. The water rushing water sounds were so relaxing. The shower and hot water felt amazing!!! The next morning I was met by Maria and Maylin with a birthday cake and beautiful birthday celebration. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a beautiful stay
