Positive: Wonderful stay with an amazing room and exceptional hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was absolutely lovely — spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a view of the river and a small private balcony. The room was large and airy, and we especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and shower. A special mention to Melissa, who was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She took care that we feel welcome, and even surprised us with chocolates to make our stay extra special! 🍫❤️

Positive: Stunning property. Staff were wonderful. The decor was of a high standard and the room was incredibly comfortable + I booked with a river view and it was stunning.
Negative: An issue with hot water meant it was only cold water available to shower with for the one night I was there.

Positive: The service was incredibly warm from the get go! Even before we arrived we received a lovely message from Melissa, putting us at ease and providing an easy point of contact throughout our stay. She offered to help us book experiences inside and outside the facility and greeted us in person once we arrived. We had a fantastic dinner and breakfast in the hotel and all enjoyed fantastic massages in the spa! The perfect way to relax after a hike and making it to Macchu Picchu. Would 100% book again here - we’re sad to leave!

Positive: Everything. This is a beautiful hotel. We had beautiful veiws of the river, rooms were like a 5 star hotel. The staff were super helpful with everything we needed and made sure that we are ok during all our stay. The location is perfect and quiet. Thank you Mallisa and staff for wonderful stay.
