Positive: Lovely hotel in lovely grounds Friendly staff Good food Excellent bedroom

Negative: I had no problems with hotel. The only minor issue is that the bar area is a bit cramped as hotel was very busy.

Positive: The food was very nice. Playground and crazy golf is close to the outdoor seating area so the kids can play safely while you enjoy the area. Loads of space in the grounds surrounding the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good value for money.

Negative: The service was a little slow. The breakfast was a little undercooked, pancakes not cooked freshly, pre-made and warmed up in a microwave so it wasn't great. The pool was a little cold.

Positive: Dining room dinner experience very very expensive for not great quality and staff seemed poorly trained, they were abrupt and not helpful.

Negative: A big ugly tour bus parked in front of hotel obstructing views. Why don’t they park in the huge lot nearby instead of crowding the entrance…

Positive: Decor was nice, hotel looks nice the ald at the reception was so lovely and helped us a lot and the waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely too. The grounds and nature was around the hotel were so nice .

Negative: We weren't told that all the food stops at 9, we arrived at 9.10 for dinner and had to only eat dessert, we ate dessert in the bar and had a strawberry daquari, when we asked for the daquari the barman was visibly pissed off when the waiter asked him to make it and gave a sigh and rolled his eyes , and I'm not sure what the comment was but he said something about diabetes to his colleague because we were eating dessert and ordering this,, which really pissed me off. his name was Waylon.id suggest if he doesn't like making cocktails , to move him from a cocktail bar. Not only this but the daquari was just blended ice with strawberry flavoring and rum and seemed to have no real strawberries in it at all, it was so sweet that it was undrinkable, . Its supposed to be blended strawberries , and for 13.50 you'd expect this. Also the pool was freezing cold and the bedroom was so cold I woke at night freezing.in general the halls in the hotel were very cold also
