Summary: Great parking facilities, lots of room. Friendly, informative, efficient and most helpful receptionist, no delay checking in. Bar and waiting staff all appeared well trained and very courteous to the guests. The bedroom was spotless and the bed very comfortable, had a great sleep. The bathroom was very cramped, and found the shower difficult to adjust the water temperature, otherwise best described as adequate. Have stayed in the Ellison before and hope to do so again.

Summary: Hotel was lovely. Very handy for hikes in the Croagh Patrick range and on Achill. Very clean, spacious room. Shower wasnt that powerful and my room was facing a scout building - i could hear the traffic from the busy main road as the windows are not sound proof.

Summary: Pros Clean room Comfortable bed Staff nice from reception waiter's and cleaners Food is good in the evening Cons Breakfast lets the hotel down it has set times and when you go to the buffet no sausges bacon or eggs. None cooking aswell and the cooks at breakfast cursing some of us do speak another lang and can understand what they are saying. If they cant cope with simple stock management id advise table service frys

Summary: Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient to the shopping and restaurants. McDonald’s across the street.
