Negative: Much further out from centre of town than we thought needed to take a taxi which added 30 euro to the price of £150 euro for B&B .Bed but no breakfast. Asked to check in between 3and 6pm which added extra pressure on getting to property

Negative: Everything was perfect really enjoyed the stay.

Positive: We came by train to Castlebar. Rocklands Guesthouse is about 30 minutes walk from the station along quite busy road with no sidewalks mostly. Better take a taxi. There are two comfortable beds, hairdryer, TV and huge bathroom. House is very warm and you'll feel like home there. Hot beverages available.

Negative: Contraption heating water in a shower is quite loud, so better don't take night showers.

Summary: Margaret is an exceptional host, makes nice breakfasts and is very helpful.
