Summary: Staff were helpful and friendly. However the lasting memory was of an expensive stay and the quality of the hotel did not live up to the rate being charged. There were other smaller things such as the bar food closing early and the cleaning of the bar floor with strong chemical while the bar was open and guests were having a drink. But these are not the main issue which was the cost of the stay.
