Positive: I have a criteria with these types of rentals and Boho South met most of them! -Dishtowels, dish soap and scrubby sponge -Plumbing worked in all rooms -HVAC worked -Bed was comfortable and had acceptable quality sheets -Pullout bed was fairly comfortable and linens were provided -Bathroom was acceptable and well appointed with soaps, etc.

Negative: -The location was good for walking in part of Savannah, but not centrally located enough to be able to walk the entire city. -Pricing for rentals in Savannah is high including this rental, although relatively speaking this rental was a better "value." -No designated parking

Positive: This is a great little house that you have completely to yourself, only a couple minutes walk from Forsyth park and the free shuttle bus that goes through the city. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable. And it has everything you need for a great stay. The area is residential and very safe. Kroger, a great supermarket, is about 10 minutes walk away. There are also cafés and some restaurants close by. Clara, the owner, was very responsive. She lives next door so she is close by in case of problems. It was easy to get into the house on arrival. The key was in a lockbox next to the gate. The aircon worked very well and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable. The street outside was very quiet at night so no disturbing noise. I warmly recommend this house if you´re going to Savannah. I would definitely stay there again.

Negative: The wifi didn´t work a 100% all the time. I had to reset the router several times to get it to work. But it was a minor problem.

Positive: we loved the bungalow. it was updated, clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. it felt like a home away from home. location was great. 2 blocks to Forsyth park which was beautiful and a straight walk to the river front. Highly recommend!

Positive: It was very spacious for two people. We booked this place to get away from Florida for hurricane Milton. Why not have a 2 day vacation walking around Savannah instead of dealing with a storm? The property was clean. We were able to check in a little early, which was a plus. It’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our little dog with us. It’s close to everything downtown.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Positive: Clara was very responsive to our questions and calls. The kitchen was laid out great, dining room to family room was seamless, great for any meal you plan to have at the property. The house was outstanding, clean, quiet, comfrontable and two blocks away from the park, grocery store was four, the downtown sights were under 10 blocks. Great location. Highly recommend to anyone heading to Savannah.
