Positive: Our room was bright, clean, tidy and spacious. We had asked for a twin bedroom and that’s what we got. We were lucky to have a view of the beautiful St Brelade’s Bay. The shower was perfect, powerful. We had breakfast each morning. There was a great choice and the staff were very amenable to our choices. The staff were always polite, helpful and friendly.

Summary: What a wonderful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Positive: Great location with access to airport, St Heliers, other areas via bus. There are two bus stops near by making it very accessible. Lovely breakfast each day, beautiful view, and friendly staff. I highly recommend dinner at the Beach Club, and booking a sauna at Sandy Toes (sauna on the beach!).

Negative: The shower pressure was terrible. The breakfast was very busy and staff seemed under pressure to take orders, refill stock, and clear tables.

Positive: Location was great, good size car park and the terrace has one of the best views in Jersey.

Negative: Felt under staffed at times. Getting a drink at the bar could be hit or miss as there didn’t seem to be a member of staff dedicated to that. Breakfast was also a bit slow, down to staffing. When it arrived, it was brilliant.
