Positive: Very convenient. Good size kitchen.

Negative: Lift broken. Nowhere to hang wet clothes from having been on the beach. Laundry room was not available with the washing machine occupied most of the time and not emptied.

Summary: Pleasent location. Nice staff. Old building and lift broken. Very expensive.

Positive: Staff pleasant but not happy lift not working and being on the second floor also very noisy road side had to close windows no fans or a/c so uncomfortable

Positive: We looked for an apartment-hotel and found this one. It was superb! The apartment had a bedroom + bathroom, plus a living room & kitchen, and another bathroom. On arrival the fridge contained milk, butter, water etc. There was a loaf of bread for toasting and fruit. Perfect. There is a popular bar on the ground floor. From the bar the beach is easily accessible. And this is a nice beach. The hotel has parking facilities too. Supermarkets at a 5 minute drive (or 15 minute steep climb on foot). Pizza restaurant next door. Location is nice, close on the beach and not in the busy capital of the island.

Negative: The car park is confusing as it makes it easy to block a car. Our car was blocked once, which meant that we had to walk (climb!) to the supermarket. Not a big deal, as we like walking, but it could be an issue for others. Also the car park is for residents only. Of course some people think otherwise... That can be a nuisance too. Note: the staff really dives into these issues when they occur until they solved them. However, sometimes this needs some time.

Summary: Marvellous apartments on a very nice location - good service - much space - nice beach.

Positive: What a find this property is excellent.The location was fabulous overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach. Our room was exceptional, very clean, comfortable beds,our own bathroom, we had a kitchen and lounge and a balcony. Marta at reception couldn't have been more helpful our bags were carried up to the rooms, there's no lift but there is a stair lift if you can't manage stairs. Steve who manages the bar ( and carries the bags!) was so helpful with directions and buses. There is a cafe next door providing great food especially the breakfast and restaurants a short walk away. We were a group of 5 women and every one of us wants to go back!! A fabulous holiday.

Negative: Weather could have been better!!
