Positive: Breakfast was good. Good selection. Spa was lovely, very relaxing. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Had a sea view room with balcony, lovely view to wake up to.

Negative: Breakfast was quiet however they still got my order wrong, waiters not the friendliest however all other staff were lovely and friendly.

Positive: The breakfast was hot & well cooked. The rooms are big with a pleasant decoration, they are well presented. The little fridge is useful & my bathroom had a bath. The staff were very helpful & Kayleigh on the desk is really knowledgeable of the local area. The local buses were close by to the hotel.

Negative: The scaffold on the outer building, but it’s obviously temporary measures. I really don’t have any dislikes.

Positive: Position on the island and the bay. Airport 6 minutes away. Sea view not interrupted. All staff very polite and helpful. Room was and bed were superb.

Negative: Menu a little repetitive with choice so some fussy people would find an issue.

Negative: 1. At over $500 per night I expect air conditioning not having to sleep with doors open and a cheap fan. 2. The restaurant should have been outstanding but when we were shown to our table with an outstanding view of the beach and sea, I was told it was the rule that we could not face the sea but had to face inwards to see other tourists who had had too mush sun staring at us.3. At breakfast the same rule applied and we had to use the same table every day. Talk about ludicrous rules. 4. The food was very mediocre 5. Normally room staff knock before entering and if they do enter with a master key and see your wife in her underwear will withdraw. Not here.They carry on while your wife dresses.
