Positive: The hotel is clean and comfortable, the decor is pleasing. Breakfast was outstanding and beautifully presented and served. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Excellent location for visiting the island of Guernsey. All of the staff were most helpful at all times.

Negative: I would have preferred a more spacious room but enjoyed the stay anyway.

Positive: Very small room as booked and expected. The bathroom had been refurbished so was lovely, the bedroom had not and so featured some rather vintage style 80s timber furniture. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and very generous with really friendly staff.

Negative: Nothing - for the price for a city centre location and included breakfast it was very reasonable.
