Summary: We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place.

Summary: We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too.

Summary: We absolutely loved everything about our stay at a Banyan Tree hilltop villa! Our concierge, Man, was so attentive and made our stay extra special. He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. The villa was huge and had a great view. This was one of our favorite resort stays ever.
