Positive: When it’s very hot outside, this is a perfect place to relax and cool down. The homestay is amazingly located right on the beach, and we really appreciated the view from the room. It’s set in a very authentic fishing village that is not yet very touristy, so you hardly see other tourists and it feels like a truly local experience. We really enjoyed the beach and went swimming many times. During the hottest part of the day it’s very quiet, but around sunset the beach comes alive with locals, which was really nice to observe. Watching the sunset from the sea was a highlight. The peninsula itself is very beautiful, with lovely natural surroundings. There are also several nice restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner, offering good quality food. We appreciated the possibility to rent a motorbike, which made it easy to explore the area and get everything we needed in town. Overall, it was a really great stay for a very friendly price – we would definitely come back again.
