Summary: This resort had everything! The family suite is perfect for young families. Every meal was exceptional and so many places to choose from. There is so much to do even after staying 7 nights we didn't get to do all the activities the resort had on offer. The staff were all so friendly and after a week they were like family to our children. The photos don't do this place justice. It was paradise and you will have no problem spending hours by the pool of that's what you like. Our children visited kids club and loved it so much they insisted on going back every day which have us time to ourselves each morning. We would gladly return and it was sad to leave!

Summary: Don’t go if u don’t want to it to ruin every other vacation u will take in the future, you will never experience another experience greater and you will get treated so well you will be spoiled, everywhere else will feel less than perfect, this place and banyan tree is beyond top notch for service and general hospitality. I had nothing but great experiences here from the room, service, activities and food, everything is of the highest quality and perfection. From pickup from the airport to drop off I was treated with the highest care, thanks to the team there and location best place I have experienced

Summary: My family and I stayed in the family suite with bunk beds. Positives: resort had several restaurants and the service was excellent. During the day, the pool was almost empty. Lots of stuff to do at the resort; from bird watching to having a movie played for the kids. Breakfast bar was great and the service was even better. They were always kind and welcoming to us and our kids. Every night at turn down service the kids were given cookies. Cons: Food missed the mark (at every restaurant); always a 6 out of 10. We even went to the Italian restaurant at Banyan Tree, and the menu was not very Italian. Poolside beverages and food were hard to come by. Can no longer apply your accord membership to the resort as they just discontinued their partnership - FYI. Pools are starting to really deteriorate; if we were to go back, I would have my kids wear pool shoes. The floor of our room always left black stuff in your feet, regardless of how often people came in to clean. We enjoyed our stay, but not worth the money. Especially for the price of the food.

Summary: Really happy with the hotel. Staff are very helpful and always looking happy. Breakfast noodle bar is something I look forward to every morning. The best is the pool, it’s fun, big and kids friendly. Highly recommend!
