Summary: There were several issues that were called in for maintenance and they never came to fix. Clean up crew was still there they had the elevator tied up and I have never see a beds made up like they were. They were not to my standards. This was our second time staying at the house. The house is beautiful and accommodate my family but could also use a little updating.

Summary: Zenzation worked perfect for our 28 family member reunion. Plenty of private sleeping and bathroom spaces, huge kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two microwaves. Fairly easy walk to the beach.

Summary: Place was veey nice. We did notice that the cleaning crew does not clean or look under furniture after guest leave to clean, but it was a nice stay. ALSO, we did read another review about internet not work and elevator issues, We experienced both. 2 medium matters for Exceptional to Nice. I would rent again.

Summary: Everyone had a great time. The house was very spacious so all 26 of us could spread out or come together. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. However so many bathrooms did affect the water pressure in the 4th floor bathrooms. The beach access was excellent. Held a family bonfire on the beach Thanksgiving night. Many of us rented bikes from a nearby rental place. We did have a maintenance issue with one of the dishwashers that took a couple of days to remedy. That said…. Everyone would rent again in a heartbeat.

Summary: The house was awesome. Enough rooms for all. The only thing for me was housekeeping need to do a better job cleaning. ( floors and rugs) overall all over. And people before us did not take out their trash and that made more work for us.
