Summary: The dynamics of our group needing a pet friendly place with fenced yard, elevator for one of our family members, and desires of a pool is not easy to find especially with 8 bedrooms or more. This house fit our family perfectly. Clean, organized, modern, and well furnished! I will say information on websites do not explain the proximity to the beach well and we were skeptical however it is literally about 5 minutes walk at the most. The community even has a wooden boardwalk that takes you up and over the dune. This was great for hauling any beach gear or just staying out of the hot sand. The pool is much larger than we expected as well. For a large group this house is a must!

Summary: The air was broken on the 3rd floor but when I called they cam out within an hour. But I called 2x to get help with the pool. Someone showed up skimmed the pool and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. The hot tub also had no jets. Then the construction next store just topped off the bad experience.

Summary: This property was Amazing to say the least. Everything we wanted was right there. Plenty of space for all of us without feeling crowded. The game room and theater were a hit with everyone!!! We really enjoyed spending time as a family in one room. Dinners were great, all of us sitting at one incredible table. Close enough to beach for morning walks and views of the ocean (or from the top deck) to the beautiful sunsets across the street over the bay. Can't wait to go back next year!!!

Summary: Nice property but small issues. Needs a deep clean. We found candy wrappers and tissues behind beds, obviously not vacuuming well. Needs a paint job, and cabinets wiped down. Very dirty/sticky.

Summary: We had a large family come and stay with us during the Christmas week. Everyone had their own room and full bath. The location is within easy walking distance to the Ocean and the Sound. The Internet is super fast. We watch Top Gun in the downstairs theater and it was incredible. Recommend you bring your favorite DVDs. The kitchen is set up in a way that you can cook for a very large party. Would highly recommend this house if you need 8 Master Suits. The elevator made it nice for folks that don’t like stairs and getting your food supplies to the kitchen.
