Summary: Our family came from 4 US and 1 international locations for the week and we had a wonderful time. The house was great with plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space in the common areas of the house. We loved the pool and hot tub! Also the house is very close to the path that leads to the beach but the path is a longish walk.

Summary: We rented this house with 2 other families. It was perfect for all ages. We loved all the amenities. With that said, the property managers were very difficult to get in touch with. Five days before arriving I called and left messages with questions we had. No one got back to me until the night before we were leaving. While down there, the WiFi did not work well. There are many TVs in the house but the WiFi is not strong enough to stream more than one at a time. The pool had a leak and we needed to fill it every day ourselves. Between the cold water we added each day and the pool not filtering properly, the heat never worked. We paid extra for it to be heated and it never got to 80 degrees which was the temp they were supposed to keep it at. After returning, I have made multiple calls and left messages to discuss a refund for the heated pool and no one will return my calls. Renters beware of Surf or Sound Realty.

Summary: Ocean's 10 was a beautiful home with all amenities any large group could ask for. The large kitched was great for cooking and gathering, all bedrooms had their own bathroom and TV so everyone had privacy when needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the very short walk to the beach. All decks had great ocean amd sound views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would come back anytime!!!
