Negative: Arrived after3pm checked in and went to room. It had not been made up. Back at reception the staff were upset and set of to find and have words with the cleaning girls. Came back and said he didnt think they understood. and went about finding another room on the computer. Went to breakfast the following morning at 8am, only to find it had already finished. we were only to it was from 6.30am no finish time.

Positive: This is our 2nd stay and we came back due to great location and room sizes are good. Breakfast is lovely touch.

Negative: There were some things broken or very old. And staff member wasn’t exactly welcoming , almost felt like when checking in I was a bother. Which wasn’t like that a few years ago when we stayed.

Summary: Would we come back ? Yes because we love it as a stop over and position it is.
