Summary: Lovely staff very welcoming and very l honest as I accidentally left one of my phones there that has a smashed screen and looks broken, I was very thankful when i received a call to say that I had left it behind and that they were putting it aside for me , ....I had the best sleep ,the beds are amazing to sleep in and i absolutely loved the calming atmosphere

Summary: Clean room. Great location. Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic as we had a late check in. Very helpful when my child got sick and we needed the hospital and a bit for time in our room. Highly recommend for your stay in Mackay. Easy access to everything.
