Positive: The location of the property is wonderful and peaceful.

Negative: For the cost of the rental- the outside property (deck, windows) could have been cleaned. Inside, the only floor lamp was not functional, the lightbulbs over the countertop were burned out with no replacements in the house, plastic wine glass is not acceptable for a property of that caliber, lack of serving dishes, no dish soap and no tea towels, no directions was left to operate the television, there was no body soap in the bathrooms, the height of the bed in the 2nd bedroom is barely acceptable for a 5"6'' person. It should be lowered.

Summary: The cost for value is too high.

Positive: Accommodation was very nicely kept, secluded and relaxing. Our son loved the large hammock & now wants one at home. Enjoyable settings. Bad storms thru the last night came , but we barely heard it & had no issues

Negative: Poor water pressure in showers & so many stairs! Should definitely be advertised as a stairs only entry... Anyone w a physical disability could not rent this property because it would be in accessible. I had to change our dates from March to October due to the fact I had had knee surgery & when I found out it was all stairs, I knew I couldn't climb them yet. My parents & brother came over, but had to stay on the ground level. Thankfully, there was a bathroom in lower kevel garage area.
